Sub-processors
Voltware Solutions Ltd
These are the third-party service providers (sub-processors) that process personal data on our behalf when we provide our services. Each one is bound by a data processing agreement and may only use the data to provide its service to us. How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
We will update this page and email the administrators of our client organisations in advance of adding or replacing a sub-processor, so they have time to raise any objection.
DigitalOcean
- Purpose: hosting our applications, databases and file storage
- Location: London, United Kingdom
- Safeguard: EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and UK Extension, with SCCs and the UK Addendum as a fallback
Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES)
- Purpose: sending emails from our applications, such as sign-in codes, account notices and ticket updates
- Location: London, United Kingdom
- Safeguard: EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and UK Extension, with SCCs and the UK Addendum as a fallback
Microsoft (Microsoft 365)
- Purpose: our staff email and support mailbox
- Location: United Kingdom
- Safeguard: EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and UK Extension, with SCCs and the UK Addendum as a fallback
Cloudflare
- Purpose: domain name services, website delivery and security, the content delivery network that serves files, and the bot check on our contact form
- Location: global network, with temporary copies held on the server nearest the visitor
- Safeguard: EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and UK Extension, with SCCs and the UK Addendum as a fallback
